Delivery is free across our core Northern Ireland delivery area — no minimum spend, no hidden fees. Outside that area, we can still get food to you; see below for details.
Delivery takes 3 working days on average, and can often be sooner if you need it quickly. Order before 10am and that day counts as Day 1 — just let us know if you're working to a deadline and we'll do our best to help.
We deliver free to NI postcodes BT1–BT30 and BT36–BT39, covering Belfast, Dundonald, Holywood, Bangor, Donaghadee, Newtownards, Ballynahinch, Dromore, Hillsborough, Lisburn, Crumlin, Downpatrick, Newtownabbey, Carrickfergus and Ballyclare. See the full list of delivery locations for more detail. Outside these postcodes, delivery is still possible — contact us to discuss options, and larger orders are often free or heavily discounted compared to a single-bag delivery.
Subscriptions aren't available to set up online just yet — but we're working on it. In the meantime, get in touch and we'll happily set up a repeat order manually so your dog never runs out.
Yes — we offer an exchange if your dog won't take to a particular food. We're not able to offer a full refund, but we'll gladly help you find a range that suits your dog better.
The main difference is nutritional quality — our grain-free and hypoallergenic ranges use a higher meat content and less filler than our economy range. Each range is designed for a different need, from everyday value to sensitive stomachs. Browse the full range to find the right fit for your dog.
Feeding guidance is included on each product page, tailored to that specific food. Check the product description for your dog's food to find the right daily amount for their weight and age.
Weekend and bank holiday delivery isn't standard, but we can sometimes accommodate it. Get in touch if you need something outside our usual delivery days and we'll see what we can do.
